Rasmussen College was founded in 1900 in St. Paul, Minnesota as a business school. It became the first career college in Minnesota to offer associate of applied science degrees. Today, the college has campuses in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Illinois and Florida as well as online programs. Students can pursue bachelor’s and associate degrees along with certificates and diplomas in healthcare management, exercise science, accounting, design and animation, and more. The medical assisting program is offered through the School of Allied Health.
