Kaplan College is part of Kaplan Higher Education Campuses and has campuses in eight states. The college caters to working adults as well as traditional students with flexible schedules and over 40 diploma and associate degree programs designed to help graduates find entry-level employment. Students can choose from a range of programs, including respiratory care, veterinary technician, criminal justice, information technology and more.

The medical assistant programs at the Phoenix, Northwest Indianapolis, Dayton, El Paso, and San Antonio-San Pedro campuses are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). The medical assistant program at Modesto, San Diego, Stockton, Vista, and Las Vegas are programmatically accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
